On 30 August during IoT Week, the projects within the framework of the NGIoT initiative presented the Open Calls that they would be launching over the coming months.

Finally, two of them have already launched their Open Calls, aimed at innovative European SMEs seeking to boost their ideas and projects:

  1. IntelIoT (deadline 1st November): They invite SMEs and startups to join the consortium for pilots of 6 months to build applications, services and extensions on the project’s framework and the three use cases (Agriculture, Health and Manufacturing). New partners will receive up to €150,000.
  2. IoT NGIN (deadline 30th December): They invite IoT devices manufacturers, embedded software and FPGA/soft core SMEs and DIHs to join the consortium. At least 5 new partners will be selected and granted up to €150,000.
